- $475 per month, with a $300 deposit, includes utilities (gas, electric, cable internet, water, garbage), month to month lease with 30 days notice to end
- 1240 square feet, three bedrooms, 1 bath
- Shared spaces: kitchen, bath, living, dining, laundry, garage and storage space above, back yard, driveway
- Private spaces: bedrooms are private and the third one is used as my office/hobby room
- Bedroom for new housemate: just over 14' x 10' with two full size closets, two new windows with screens, hardwood floors, lots of space
- All new appliances, windows, furnace, refinished hardwoods, new kitchen and bath tile
- Two fireplaces
- Pets: a mellow, well trained dog or friendly cat are welcome. Only one animal please.
- Neighborhood: near I-205, Holgate and Foster. Low traffic street. Safeway/Fred Meyer nearby, walking distance to Farmer's Market

- Occupation: Teacher at neighborhood school
- Age/Gender: 31, Female
- Hobbies/Interests: music, HBO series, cooking, eating, travel, theater
- Work Hours: roughly 7:00 to 4:00
- Quiet needs: quiet by 10:00
- Visitors: family once a year for a few days, boyfriend 2 nights a week, friends every couple weeks
- Food Preference: conscious omnivore
- Pet: tuxedo cat, extremely affectionate, 5 years old, adapts well to new animals
- Share Food, etc. or Buy Your Own? - buy my own, keep it separate
- Cleaning: keep it clutter-free, I do my wipe down/vacuum/tidy-up on Sundays
